Good morning everyone. It's Friday and open forum day.
What am I going to talk about today? Hmmm...how about chocolate.
Valentine's Day is coming up next week and it's a big time of year for chocolate creators.
Everyone hits the stores in search of chocolate hearts and it's big business.
I love chocolate.
My favourite chocolate is dark Belgian chocolate. I like truffles and cherries and white chocolate too.
I go to a little spot called Le Chocolat Belge.
It's in the West Island and always a good spot for indulging your desires for that sweet, rich, luscious confection.

Chocolate does something to me. It’s intoxicating. I rarely indulge. I save it for special, so I won’t build up tolerance to its industrial-strength instantaneous anti-depressant effect. When I’ve had some I sit and stare into space as happy as anything. Stupidly happy. My brain feels warm and my body feels heavy. There are no troubles in the world and certainly not in my life. Not you’ve got me thinking about it I may have to stop by a chocolatier on the way home. It feels like I’m due!

I feel the same way about it and the Belgian variety make my heart beat faster! I hope the chocolate makes your weekend extra special!
